Our policy is that of openness and transparency. Whilst we understand that each website project is unique and has varying circumstances, we have been able to create packages that give you a reliable and fair estimate in order to help you budget appropriately.

Quoting for a website is a little like quoting for a house. One of the most common questions we get asked is: "How much does it cost to set up a website?" And the real answer is: "It depends". How much do I need to pay to get started?

Our typical website deposit is $2,000 + GST which can be paid directly to our bank account or using PayPal

What are 8WEB support charges?

Pay-as-You-Go $150 + GST / hour (billed in half hour blocks)

Pre-pay & Save $600 + GST / 5 hours (10 half hour blocks)
Choice to pay using EFT, or available via PayPal yearly subscriptions.
You may cancel anytime.
Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How much does domain name registration cost?

Most domain name registration fees such as .com/.com.au are $66 for 2 year registration period. Some novelty extensions may attract higher fees.

You always maintain the ownership of your domain name. 8WEB merely serves in a management role, making sure, for example, that names are renewed in a timely fashion to avoid downtime to your website.

When do I need to pay the rest?

The remainder of the website project fees, including those of advance features and hosting fees are payable upon your project reaching completion and going live.

I'm a new business and finances are tough. Are payment plans available?

We are a small business and take pride in paying all of our suppliers, contractors and staff in a timely manner. Thus, we appreciate it when our clients do the same - pay their bills on time. However, we understand that some times, it is hard to juggle the finances, and we may be able to extend more flexible payment terms after considering your circumstances. Please contact us to discuss this further.
